The process of placing an order with our brand is very easy. Just follow the following steps:
1)Once you have selected the items that you wish to purchase from our E- Catalogues, Product pics or WhatsApp Images or from any Social media images like FB, Instagram or LinkedIn , please share your product design or image via WhatsApp or email at email@example.com
2)Once your query received we will share the duly filled price quotation sheet / Invoice with all product details and specification to you.
3)Upon your confirmation on Product design, prices and customization (if any) we will send you one more confirmation mail with payment link.
4)You need to transfer 50% advance against your order value and balance 50% before dispatch.
5)After receiving the 50% advance we will send final order booked confirmation mail to you with all order details and delivery date.

3) You will reach Order Summary Page where you can review your order. Here, you can also add an available coupon in the Have a Coupon box. Once you are ready, click on Proceed to add your detailed address with Pin code.
4) If you are registered user, you can now login. If you are not registered, you can either register or you can continue checkout as a guest user.
5) Once logged-in, you can confirm the shipping address and then click on Proceed to pay.
6) You can choose from range of payment methods and click on Proceed to Pay Securely.
7) Once the order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email and order number.
8) Please note, if you place order through our website, you will not be able to do customization on any of the product. How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?

How can I track my order?
To track your order, you will receive an email and text messages with our service tracking team with your order number. We will also share ready product images from factory to customer for his/her approval before dispatch
How do I return my purchase?

What are the shipping charges in case of returns?
